Omakase
The term "Omakase" means "it's up to you."
The patron places his or her trust in the chef and lets the chef choose and create a tasting experience based on the freshest ingredients and your palate.
It is usually served at the bar and the patron will let the chef know his or her likes and dislikes as well as set a limit on the cost of the meal ($110 minimum/person)
The best omakase is when your chef is creative, understands your tastes, and you are not limited by a budget.
